Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Cars park on Crockett, obscuring oncoming traffic, which travel faster than the posted speeds. Children play along White, both north and south of Crockett, and cars turn off Crockett without slowing down to beat traffic, or accelerate from the stop sign on White to cross Crockett because they cannot see oncoming traffic or are trying to beat oncoming traffic. The area is gaining population density, which is just going to add to the problem unless stop signs are put in place and parking on Crockett is severely restricted.
