This vehicles driver , a boarder at 801 Clark Street, just drove off road on the lawns between the street and sidewalk at 800 through 830 Clark Street(narrowly missing the telephone pole) while making an illegal U-turn to the other side of the road.

It's bad enough that this home has multiple boarders, with four to six cars parked on the roads at all times, but now they need to drive up on the lawns too? Luckily, there were no small children playing in the area.
