I'm patient. I just asked that it remain open until resolved. If it's closed then it's forgotten about. It should also be updated on the site so that people can see what the resolution is. He's been made to move the truck before and then he returns there almost immediately. Something has to be done to resolve it and make sure it stays resolved.
